Follow these simple steps to create your Easy Chicken Marsala Pasta:

1. Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, boil salted water. Add pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.

2. Prepare the Chicken: Season the sliced chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

3. Sauté Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

4. Cook Mushrooms: In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are tender and browned, approximately 3-4 minutes.

5. Add Garlic and Wine: Add minced garlic to the mushrooms and cook for an additional minute. Then, pour in the Marsala wine, scraping the bottom of the skillet to release any flavorful bits. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes until reduced by half.
